The wind is what made it awful.

elinor peace bailey

In the summer of 2008 the Amalgamated Co-op had a craft fair. I decided to dress myself in my dolls, rather than sit at a table. I was inspired by elinor peace bailey.

Altered Art Circus

I didn't get to go to Art Opera, so I ordered Lisa Kettell's book, Altered Art Circus and some pieces from one of her projects so I could vicariously participate in the fun.

Winter 2010

A heart yo yo made from the large Clover heart yo yo maker. I bought it at SIL on 38th St. between 7th and 8th Avenue. They have a lot of the Clover merchandise.

February 26, children get a day off from school and get to enjoy some sledding.

Tea Cup Dollies

This is my first version of the Tea Cup Dolly pattern that can be found at Happy Heart Patterns.
When I opened the wood container to pose the dolly I discovered this package of 10 Sharps, look at the price! Nineteen cents! No date so I have no idea when they were bought. They were manufactured in Redditch, England.
I had difficulty understanding how to make the arm sleeve, so I have shown the first step. I hope this helps someone else who wants to use this pattern.
